MAKE TIMES
If you are purchasing a handmade item, please keep in mind the following make times for pieces. Please note that make time does not include shipping time.
• Accessories: Hats, Scarfs, Scrunchies; Small home decor item: Coasters, table mats etc: 1-2 weeks
• Bags: 2-4 weeks
• Cardigan and jumpers: 4-8 weeks
• Blankets (heavily dependent on size): 6 weeks +

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you are ordering a customer piece for any of the pieces listed below, please note the following
• A 50% non-refundable deposit will be collected prior to the making of your piece and the remaining balance will be collected prior to shipping your item.
• An extra week may be added onto your make time due to communication of design and ordering any extra materials needed
• You will get updates when I start making your products, halfway through the making process and shipping

PATTERNS
Patterns are PDF files with step by step on instruction on how to make a crochet piece. They are NOT final products. All handmade and pattern products are labelled accordingly prevent confusion to please check product descriptions prior to check out.
All pattern purchases are final once purchased and are non-refundable.

All shipping is provided by Royal Mail. Shipping is based on weight and you will be charged based on the weight of your order.

UK SHIPPING

For UK orders we offer Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Please be aware that once your item is shipped we are not responsible to what may happen to it. If you have any problems or your item doesn't arrive please email us and Royal Mail.

EU AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the following:

Europe: Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and Switzerland

International: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, UAE, and Canada

All EU and internation orders are tracked and signed for and may be subject to custom fees on delivery. EU and international orders may have longer delivery times.

Please be aware that once your item is shipped, we are not responsible to what may happen to it. If you have any problems or your item doesn't arrive, please email us and Royal Mail.

Pattern purchases are not eligble for refund or exchange and all purchases are final.

Handmade items are all made to order and thus are not eligible for refund. If there is a fault with your item, please get in contact with us.
